Florida Statute 1002.421(1)(h) outlines requirements for teachers in private schools participating in state school choice scholarship programs. K5-12 instructors must meet at least one of these requirements:  

• Hold a baccalaureate degree or higher.

• Have a minimum of three years of teaching experience in public or private schools.

• Possess special skills, knowledge, or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in the subjects taught.
